The medium size family member: omnivorous like its brothers, a sea bed prober with an extendable snout under a medium-point nose. It becomes 2 meters long and tips scale at 200 kg. The average Asetra is 1.2 m long and weight between 20 and 80 kg. Asetra caviar, dark brown-grey to golden is stunning. It is the only variety with a unique nut, flavor, which makes it a rare specialty.
You don’t really need a special occasion for caviar; it is a special occasion in itself. Nevertheless it does befit those rather “Uncommon place” events such as state receptions, luxuries dinners a deux or more, coronation festivities and victory celebrations, intimate breakfasts in bed and prestigious cocktail parties.
